4 Week Yoga-Fit Teen Series

Welcome all teens, new and experienced to this 4-week Yoga-Fit series. Michaela will guide your teens through these classes and focus on posture alignment and safety while building strength, flexibility and endurance physically and mentally.
During this shift into a teen and soon to be adult, they will discover resources and tools to support them throughout these changing times. Michaela will weave in themes such as self-awareness, confidence, strength, letting go, forgiveness, community and love. Together they will share, grow, laugh and have fun in a safe space. Leaving feeling alive, relaxed, worked and ready to face any challenge that comes their way.

Hot Yoga Freedom Flow

Freedom flow is a fun and dynamic routine that gradually works its way into a flowing sequence, linking various Yoga poses together. You will finish feeling energized, calm and ready to face your world. This class is open for all levels with flows that help you to connect and tap into your inner strength.

Hot ABSolutely Burning BUTTS! 30 Mins

This 30-minute class focuses specifically on the abs and butt. By utilizing various pieces of equipment you achieve optimal results while detoxifying in our state of the art infrared heated studio. Come fit-in a quick workout, every minute packed with creative, fun, and challenging exercises.

Hot Amazing Arms 30 Mins

This 30-minute class is designed to target the upper body including the arms, back, chest, shoulders, and core. You should expect to use light weights throughout this class in addition to body-weight sequences. Class will be over before you know it!

Hot Barre Flow

An upbeat and fast-moving class that is inspired by dance and uses the wall or barre for support. It incorporates Yoga, Pilates and movements inspired by dance workouts at the barre. This class will develop lean mean mass, mobility and flexibility – just like a dancer. Charge up your workout routine and see the results of a lifted and tone body!

Hot Fast and Furious

This 60-minute class is an intense blend of cardio and strength-training routines that take elements from many fitness styles. This class may include light weights and other equipment and is open to all levels and abilities. Be prepared to sweat!

Hot Flow with Barre – Level 1/2/3

This 60 minute class takes elements from our original freedom flow class while adding in postures and movements that use the ballet bar to incorporate elements of dance into your regular practice. This class is open to all levels. Please make sure to arrive 10 minutes early and bring your mat, towel, and plenty of water!

Hot Lean-Mean Legs & Butts

This 30-minute class will lift and tone your right where you want – the legs and that beautiful backside. Designed to quickly target the lower half of your body; get ready to sweat and feel the burn. Class will be over before you know it!

Hot Power Core

Strengthen your core using Pilates, Yoga and Calisthenics. This class builds strength and improves posture while toning the muscles of the core. Come prepared to sweat and feel the burn! Open to all levels.

Hot Power Yoga

This class is open for all levels and uses dynamic, strong yoga sequences that will get your heart pumping and help you connect with your inner power. This class will challenge you physically, mentally and spiritually. The poses are held for longer and there will often be inversions and/or arm balances included. Leave feeling invigorated, empowered and energized!

Hot Total Body Conditioning

This class will train your entire body, from head to toe, using interval training. Alternating from strength training, into cardio, and then back to strength training, you will never get bored in this constantly moving and challenging class.

Hot Yang and Yin

With this powerful combination of the masculine and feminine you will get the perfect balance between strengthening and stretching. The first half of the class is full of strong Yang postures, finishing with calming and lengthening Yin postures. If you are looking for a balancing class, with a little bit of everything, this is your class. Open to all levels!

Hot Yoga and Core

In this class we will begin with Yoga and then switch to various styles of fitness in order to target the core. The perfect mix if you want to build a fabulously strong and sculpted core while getting your flow on. Open to all levels!

Hot Yoga and Pilates Fusion

This is a full body fusion class! A proven workout that will reshape and firm your glutes, legs, arms and abs with a Yoga and Pilates routine. Enjoy the perfect marriage of Yoga and Pilates in this flowing fusion. Open to all levels!

Hot Yoga Deep Stretch & Relaxation

Enjoy a class with poses that help relieve the effects of chronic stress in several ways. This sequence is designed to release tension and teach the basic fundamentals of Yoga. You will leave feeling refreshed and relaxed. Recommended for those new to Hot Yoga!

Hot Yoga Rise and Shine

Begin your day by centering your mind and body. Join us for our morning yoga flow and start your day off smiling. Mix sun salutations, balance poses, standing poses with strengthening poses and deep stretches. Early morning yoga is a great way to center yourself, listen to your body and set an intention. Focus on how you are feeling and then respond. Typically we are stiffer in the morning so an early morning practice teaches us the most about our bodies.

Reduced Heat Beginners and Beyond

This Beginner’s class will strengthen, stretch, tone and relax your entire body. This gentle class is ideal for beginners, allowing your to focus on your alignment and breath. We will offer modifications to help you get into the pose more easily. As there is reduced heat, this is a great way to ease yourself into the heated Yoga experience. This class will leave you feeling refreshed, renewed and rejuvenated while teaching the fundamentals of Yoga.


Latin inspired dance-style fitness class. Come feel the burn and feel the beat to the sound of music. No dance experience is necessary! This class is not heated.
